A beautifully created shoe offering premium cushioning but at a price.
A performance shoe with maximum cushioning, the Cloudstratus offers more of the brand’s unique CloudTec cushioning than any other model in their range.
For the first time, this shoe features a dual layer of Helion foam ‘clouds’. Working together, the two layers offer unprecedented levels of cushioning and really do give a feeling of total protection on impact. But the story doesn’t end there, as combined with the brand’s speedboard, a full-length plate that creates a slightly ‘springboard’ effect, the clouds regain their shape to give a powerful push off.
A new upper is a little broader than other models in the brand’s range, particularly in the forefoot, but many testers found it to be very accommodating.
Helion foam provides lightness, cushioning, and durability while the CloudTec rubber increases grip and durability by placing abrasion pads in key areas of the forefoot and heel.
It’s a premium model with excellent cushioning and a stable ride for those high mileage runners seeking an everyday training shoe.
Dual Layer Cloudtec Elements allows for cushioned heel strikes and firm push-offs.
