One of the best selling trail running shoes ever, the Cascadia has a go anywhere construction and appeals to athletes of all abilities. It's a versatile, good value shoe and has dependable build quality that you'd expect from Beooks.
Run trails with confidence in this durable, protective shoe. All-terrain stability, soft cushioning and rugged protection add up to one smooth ride.
Cosmetic updates keep the shoe generally the same as last year. The Key features remain and thats a good thing, as it's a very popular model and has been a very big seller for years.
BioMoGo DNA midsole as found in many of the brands road going shoe, so you can rely on it to do the job. It provides good cushioning and a stable platform. The pivot point design built into the midsole helps the shoe flex on uneven ground and keep the feet stable.
Durable material are used but theres a premium feel. Fits well and doesn't feel harsh at all, like some trail shoes can. It's reinforced in key places to add protection and durability.
Hard wearing rubber that works well wherever you take it. Nicely spaced lugs provide tractin and don't get clogged up in heavy mud. A stone guard also protects from sharp rocks penetrating the sole.
As ever, a great trail shoe, nothing really to dislike. If you are new to trail running it's probably the shoe to get.
